AIHC-National Center Mentoring Program
The AIHC-National Center Mentoring Program accepts mentors and mentees annually to the program. This year-long program will begin in July and ends August the following year with a recognition at the Nexus Summit. Mentors and mentees who are selected will be matched based on needs and experience. Over the course of the year, pairs will schedule monthly meetings, participate in quarterly learning activities with the larger group, and provide evaluation feedback to improve the mentoring program.
AIHC Student Award for Interprofessional Collaborative Practice Nomination Form
Description: This award is given annually to a student who has demonstrated consistent engagement in an interprofessional collaborative practice within the clinic, classroom and/or community.
Eligibility: AIHC student member in good standing.

AIHC Outstanding Faculty Mentor Award Nomination Form
Description: This annual award is given to a faculty member for outstanding mentorship of students and/or peers in interprofessional education and/or practice. Nominations for this award may come from a student, faculty member, and administrator or be a self-nomination.
Eligibility: AIHC member in good standing for at least the past two years.

AIHC Interprofessional Educator Nomination Form
Description: This award recognizes individuals who demonstrate excellence in interprofessional teaching.
Eligibility: AIHC member in good standing for at least the past two years.
Selection Criteria: (Only individual nominations are accepted-no group nominations.)
AIHC Scholarship Nomination Form
Description: This award is given to recognize and reward individuals who have made significant contributions to research and scholarship in interprofessional practice and education.
Eligibility: AIHC member in good standing for at least the past two years.

Falls Prevention Among Adults Aging with Disability
This webinar covers research on falls among adults with long-term physical and sensory disabilities, such as multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries, cerebral palsy, and visual impairment. Prevention strategies and programs are discussed.

Families Caring for an Aging America
This consensus study report from the National Academy of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine examines the effectiveness of existing programs, supports, and interventions designed to support family caregivers. The report also addresses policies and makes recommendations for new policies that help caregivers meet the needs of older adults.
