The National Center is inviting individuals interested in serving on the Measurement Instrument Collection Review Committee to submit a brief application highlighting their expertise in measurement, evaluation, and psychometric analysis, as well as experience with interprofessional practice and education.
Applications are due by February 18, 2022.

The 3rd Annual Missouri Area Health Education Centers CCC is a completely virtual Interproffestional collaborative case competition. Students from around the nation will work with each other to make a 5-7 min video of a team-based patient-centered care plan. Registration is open until Jan 12th, 2022. “Road to Empathy”: A Qualitative Exploratory Study of Trainee Experiences on a Mobile Health Clinic
Introduction. Mobile health clinics often deliver care in medically underserved communities and train student volunteers to support service delivery, but little is known about how these clinics affect trainees. Methods. We conducted a qualitative analysis of over 100 trainees' experiences volunteering with a mobile health clinic, to explore the training experience's impact on personal and professional development. Results. Volunteers' training experiences involved learning how to deliver compassionate, non-judgmental health care.
CDC STEADI: Best Practices for Developing an Inpatient Program to Prevent Older Adult Falls after Discharge
This CDC STEADI publication provides practice recommendations for screening, asessing, and intervening to reduce falls during and after a hospital stay. This guide highlights 10 steps for integrating a safe mobility and fall prevention program into inpatient workflow and clinical practice. The goal was to prevent falls during hospitalization, set the stage for better collaboration with external providers for post-discharge care, and reduce risk of falls after hospital stays.
