This lecture (1:00:20 minutes) given by Rosemary Browne discusses age friendly health systems and one of the 4Ms "What Matters." By the end of this lecture, learners should be able to: (1) briefly restate history and development of the Age-Friendly Health Systems Framework -- the 4Ms of Age-Friendly care; (2) explain the concept of "What Matters Most" -- and how it guides all decisions involving older adults; (3) identify the main domains of "what matters most" and different ways to categorize them; (4) describe the interdisciplinary nature of "what matters most"; and (5) discuss ways to integrate this "M" into your daily approach to the care of older adults.
