The PREPARE for Your Care program, a public health awareness campaign led by a coalition of national and state health care leaders, aims to help people make plans in the event of illness. The goal of the campaign is to inspire people to make a hospital go bag, choose a medical decision maker, and talk to family about health care wishes. The program includes video stories and provides guidance for filling out an advance directive. COVID-19 resources are included. Content is available in English and Spanish.
