UnitedHealth Group Center for Clinician Advancement has made available a new webinar called “An Actionable Tool for the Interprofessional Team to Improve the Patient Experience,” focusing on the use of the Net Promoter System that is used system-wide at UnitedHealth Group to improve the health care consumer experience. The Net Promoter System is a business approach for clinicians and their health care organizations to better understand and improve patient experiences.

At the National Center, we are amazed by the growing number of U.S. inter-organizational IPE collaborations and networks across universities, colleges, health systems and state governments committed to connecting interprofessional education and practice.

On March 28, attendees from seven teams across the country  gathered in Phoenix, AZ to attend the CAIPER Interprofessional By Design: What You Need to Know to Advance Team-Based Care and ROI: Integrated Care and Care Coordination workshop, a partnership between the National Center and ASU Center for Advancing Interprofessional Practice, Education, and Research (CAIPER).
