CAIPER Interprofessional By Design: What You Need to Know to Advance Team-Based Care and ROI: Integrated Care and Care Coordination
On March 28, attendees from seven teams across the country gathered in Phoenix, AZ to attend the CAIPER Interprofessional By Design: What You Need to Know to Advance Team-Based Care and ROI: Integrated Care and Care Coordination workshop, a partnership between the National Center and ASU Center for Advancing Interprofessional Practice, Education, and Research (CAIPER).
Care coordination and IPE expert Dr. Gerri Lamb, director of ASU CAIPER, and integrated care and ROI guru Dr. Lelsey Manson, ASU's Doctor of Behavioral Health Program worked with attendees on practical strategies and tools for high performance teamwork in care coordination and integrated care, including ROI for individuals and teams.
Instructors Gerri Lamb and Lesley Manson will be presenting a short course at Nexus Summit 2018, Building the Business Case for Teamwork, as a primer for future offerings of this workshop.
