The tasks and activities are provided in hopes to promote their health, wellbeing, and quality of life. The presentation also includes how to provide individualized activities for patients with dementia.

This presentation (1:19:37 minutes) given by Marigrace Becker and Allison Boll discusses the community resources for those with dementia. By the end of this lecture, learners should be able to: (1) describe national, statewide, and local strategies for provision of dementia-specific community resources; (2) identify available community resources for persons with dementia and their caregivers; and (3) refer to agencies that provide these community resources.
