By the end of this presentation, learners should be able to: (1) understand the cognitive impairment continuum and be able to define mild cognitive impairment and dementia; (2) recognize that the majority of Alzheimer's Disease and related dementias have a vascular contribution -- Vascular Cognitive Impairment; and (3) become familiar with modifiable approaches to prevent cognitive impairment, including results from the SPRINT-MIND study.
