The initial search yielded 1176 published manuscripts that were reduced to 496 when the inclusion criteria were used to refine the selection of published manuscripts. This fully searchable compendium includes full citations and access through PubMed to those manuscripts, organized by article content, country of study, healthcare system, methods, number of professions involved, sample size and study setting.
