In this Journal of Nursing Education editorial, Barbara Brandt and Amy Barton describe the impact of the National Center's "Accelerating Interprofessional Community-Based Education and Practice" Initiative and the implementation across 16 schools of nursing in the Unites States, each partnering with a community-based organization to further interprofessional initiatives designed around the needs of the patient, family, and community.

This article describes two cases that illustrate delirium screening and prevention as a call to action for using the 4Ms in an age-friendly healthy system. Nonpharmacological approaches for delirium prevention and support using the 4Ms are outlined.

This systematic review examines the literature on person-centered care (PPC) for older adults between 1990 and 2014, and identifies six domains along with a list of essential elements to clarify hot to operationalize a PCC approach to health care and services for older adults.
