The 2nd Annual Southeastern IPE Conference: A Kaleidoscope of Knowledge for Health Care Providers and Educators is a one and one-half day event designed for interprofessionals working in practice settings and academic health centers to learn about and share best practice approaches on interdisciplinary team care.

The goal of the Interprofessional Practice Symposium is to promote collaboration between academics, the clinical practice community, and health care organizations to highlight aspects of collaborative practice with a focus on academic and practice models that lead to improved patient experience, outcomes and safety.

Conference Goal: Update national healthcare on efforts to transform healthcare delivery to a culture of inter-professional collaboration that meets the Triple Aim goals to enhance the patient's experience and improve health outcomes at lower costs. Best practices will be shared in breakout sessions.

MIPERC is an inter-institutional infrastructure dedicated to integrating interprofessional practice with education in the Midwest region. The theme of the 2016 MIPERC Conference is "The Role of Interprofessional Teams in Healthcare Delivery."

The purpose of this conference is to accentuate how a holistic environment promotes true partnerships and advances interprofessional education, practice, research and theory inclusive of diverse settings and populations across the lifespan.

This seven-hour program, in collaboration with the National Center for Interprofessional Practice and Education, will focus on the changing national healthcare environment and the importance of interprofessional, collaborative, team-based practice in improving patient experience and health. The program has been accredited for a number of healthcare practitioners, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, physician assistants, and others.

iCOMOS is a global forum to (i) communicate the importance of science in solving pressing health issues at the interface of humans, animals and the environment; (ii) facilitate interdisciplinary, international collaborations embracing health, science and economics; and (iii) inform public policy development that is necessary for preserving human and animal health.

This conference is facilitated by the University of Minnesota's College of Continuing Education.

The purpose of this conference is to showcase scholarly work and works in progress related to interprofessional education and/or practice.  This conference reflects on innovative implementation and evaluation strategies of the interprofessional competencies.  Educators, clinicians, practitioners, researchers, health system leaders, policymakers, patient organizations, students and other interested stakeholders in the health and social services arena should attend.

Join some of the most thoughtful and creative minds in healthcare at the 2016 Henrietta Schmoll School of Health Interprofessional Education Summit as they address these issues from a human centered approach.  By keeping people at the center of health, great and meaningful change can take place.  This year’s summit will include keynote addresses, breakout talks, and poster sessions.

Convened by the National Center and co-hosted by the American Interprofessional Health Collaborative (AIHC), the Inaugural Learning Together at the Nexus: National Center summit on the Future of IPE will foster a learning environment for participants to gain knowledge and skills for advancing the field of interprofessional practice and education (IPE).
