Donna Weiss, PhD, OTR/L, FAOTA is an author, consultant, trainer and coach in the areas of interpersonal communication, group dynamics and leadership who works with academic programs and health organizations in interprofessional curriculum development and team building. Dr. Weiss helps her clients use positive communication to engage imaginations, broaden possibilities and empower action for personal, professional and organizational sustainability and growth. 

Dr. Weiss is a licensed occupational therapist, a Fellow of the American Occupational Therapy Association and is certified as a coach/consultant in Appreciative Inquiry and Whole System IQ. She is emeritus faculty in the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences, College of Public Health at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Currently, she serves as a project advisor/mentor for the Foundation for Advancement of International Medical Education and Research (FAIMER).
