Standing Orders for Skilled Nursing Facilities 2022
This document provides standing orders that are applicable for patients on-site participating provider groups in skilled nursing facilities, including Transitional Care Units (TCU) or short-stay patients, and Long-Term Care facilities (LTC). These orders are to be used in place of facility standing orders. Also included are the Standing House Orders for Nursing Facilities Updates 2022.

Roles in Long-Term Services and Supports

Presenters describe typical work responsibilities, discuss important qualifications and characteristics of successful employees, and give tips on where to learn more or get started. Workers share what they love about their jobs as well as its challenges, while care beneficiaries share why their care team means so much to them.

Suicide in Late Life

Teaching-Learning Strategies in collaboration with the National League for Nursing
In collaboration with the National League for Nursing (NLN), OHNEP has developed several teaching-learning strategies for oral health integration across care settings. NLN's Advancing Care Excellence Series (ACE) initiative includes programs with free curricular resources that focus on improving care for vulnerable and underserved populations. We encourage faculty and educators to incorporate these strategies into their curricula and build awareness of the importance of inteprofessional care and oral health in primary and acute care settings.
