This webinar (47:48 mins) presented by Dr. Benjamin Kalivas from the Departments of Psychiatry and Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina discusses various approaches to delirium screening in non-ICU patients when there are no guidelines. The purpose of this webinar is to discuss the importance of non-ICU delirium screening, provide a systematic approach to implementing at the hospital, and review the Medical University of South Carolina's non-ICU delirium screening program. Dr. Kalivas also discusses delirium and what it looks like during COVID-19.

This webinar from Dr. Steve Shuman (University of Minnesota School of Dentistry) and Andie Kyros (Oral Health America) reviews key oral health concerns for older adults, connections between oral and systemic health, and potential barriers to dental care for older adults, as well as resources to address them. The webinar and its handouts are free to access for Minnesota Gerontological Society members. Non-members are required to pay a $15 fee.
