Gerri Lamb and Lesley Manson are familiar speakers at national and international interprofessional conferences.  Both are members of Arizona State University’s (ASU) Center for Advancing Interprofessional Practice, Education and Research (CAIPER) Interprofessional by Design team. They have delivered workshops on high performance teamwork, optimizing integrated care and care coordination and return on investment for a number of practitioner and faculty audiences. Both are extremely practical - and cross academic-practice boundaries with skill and enjoyment. 


Gerri Lamb, PhD, RN, FAAN

Gerri Lamb photoGerri Lamb, PhD, RN, FAAN directs ASU’s CAIPER and is a professor in the College of Nursing and Health Innovation. She is past-chair of the American Interprofessional Health Collaborative, convener of the Arizona Nexus, a state-wide collaboration with the National Center for Interprofessional Practice and Education and Principal Investigator on Macy Foundation grants.  In past lives, Gerri practiced as an adult nurse practitioner, served as an associate dean, and built her administrative portfolio as the director of a Medicare demonstration and VP of an integrated delivery system. She is well known for her presentations and books on care coordination and case management.   

 

Lesley Manson, PsyD

Lesley Manson, PsyD is Clinical Assistant Professor and Assistant Chair of Integrated Initiatives at ASU’s Doctor of Behavioral Health Program.  She has over a decade of experience as a senior executive directing the design and operations of integrated delivery systems.  She is a sought after speaker on integration with a clinical and management focus. Lesley works extensively with healthcare organizations on evaluating integrated care quality and return on investment.  In her work at ASU and nationally, Lesley combines her expertise in behavioral health, leadership, and innovative care delivery systems.
