Lucy obtained her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Lewis and Clark Community College (LCCC) and continued her education at Southern Illinois University, where she received a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. She has been a registered nurse for 20 years and has served as project manager for various federal, state and private grants. She currently works as an RN in the on-campus nurse managed clinic at LCCC and as the project director for the college’s Interprofessional Collaboration HRSA Grant.
