I have been involved in efforts to re-focus US medicine on health creation for 30 years, as writer, speaker, organizer, consultant and executive. For the last 17 years I have written the chief newsletter on the policy and business issues related to complementary and integrative health and medicine, presently at www.theintegratorblog.com. I write columns with re-purpose content for numerous publications including AAPM's The Pain Practitioner and The Huffington Post. The core of my professional work is with a robust interprofessional organization called the Academic Consortium for Complementary and Alternative Health Care (www.accahc.org) that advocates, convenes and educates toward creating health in individuals and communities.
