Educational materials provide information on common diseases and disorders with aging, considerations for older adults and caregivers managing multiple health conditions, and tip sheets, including questions to ask when seeking care.

This reference provides geriatric evaluation and management guidance on 20 topics for clinicians and trainees who are caring for older adults. They are based on the American Geriatrics Society's' Geriatrics Review Syllabus and Geriatrics at Your Fingertips. Each tool is a clinical template which follows a History and Physical (H&P) format.

The OHNEP Program and the American College of Physicians (ACP) teamed up in 2015 to create four patient-related oral health literacy fact sheets for distribution to internal medicine physicians and primary care providers.

Written in an easily accessible engaging style, in both English and Spanish, with high-quality relatable imagery, the Oral Health Literacy fact sheets are available to download below and from the OHNEP website under the "Practice" tab.

An integral component of interprofessional education (IPE) is the development of a collaboration-ready health-care workforce.  While collaboration is a fundamental element of IPE, there is no existing measure of collaboration skills that is not context specific.  This article describes the development and initial validation of the Self-Assessed Collaboration Skills (SACS) measure.  Items were initially drawn from the Collaboration Skills Assessment Tool rubric, an educational assessment tool.  The SACS measure was piloted in a sample of students in and introductory IPE course.  Following sc
