Workshops dealing with conflict resolution

Workshops dealing with conflict resolution

Hi everyone

Many interprofessional competency frameworks include conflict resolution and negotiation as important competencies or capabilities for interprofessional practice.  Does anyone have any particular resources or materials they can recommend to use in workshops?  I have used cases for discussion but wonder what else is out there...

Does anyone out there structure IPE in or with their student affairs office/team?  When someone officially joins your IPE team as a paid player are they given release time from other duties? If you are willing to share how and who/position wise, not specifially related to titles, is on your team that would be great. As we all experience some of the same issues with regard to growing pains I am just trying to get some insight in to how other teams are put together.
