This webinar is part of the Connecting at the Nexus: COVID-19 Edition Webinar series.

During Spring 2020, 140 student teams were to complete home visits with their Health Mentor. As of March 16 when the University went completely online, approximately 1/3 of those visits had yet to occur. The Jefferson Center for Interprofessional Education and Practice team will present the plans that were made in very short order, the challenges faced, the successes and some ‘results’ as the module concludes with online virtual sessions on Monday, April 13.
