Plenary Session:
Visions of the Future from Extraordinary, Risk-Taking, Forward-Thinking, Change-Making IPE Leaders
Early research findings from the National Center Nexus Innovation Network indicate that the critical success factor for interprofessional practice and education is the importance of leadership, especially senior. In today’s transforming health care and health professions education, senior leaders take the path not traveled to establish new cultures, create compelling visions to lead change, build the case and appropriately resource bold efforts. During the opening plenary, leaders will share what they are learning and how this will impact the future of interprofessional practice and education.
