• Recognize the inter-professional team dynamics during basic and advanced pediatric continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT)
• Perform one role within the inter-professional team to conduct an effective & safe CRRT
• Perform one or more interventions required during the CRRT based on the individual specialty and interest
• Use the individual and inter-professional assessment tools in simulation-based education for evaluation
