This brief from the CDC and the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors includes the most recent data available on subjective cognitive decline (SCD), management of chronic conditions, and caregiving burdens to help identify and mitigate future effects of an aging population. Data was collected from community-dwelling adults in 2015-2017 through the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS). It also includes action steps for public health professionals on how to improve the health and wellbeing of people with SCD. A PDF of the brief is available for download.
