Report

This report is part of the Better Care for People with Complex Needs Playbook from the Bipartisan Policy Center. The report identifies three care models that states can choose to achieve full integrative care: (1) improved Fully Integrated Dually Eligible Special Needs Plans (FIDE-SNPs); (2) Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE); and (3) a flexible model building off the managed fee-for-service model implemented in Washington State. It also defines "full integration" as well as provides recommendations for states to consider when building the framework for integrating services.
