This learning module focuses on bone health and osteoporosis prevention. By the end of this module, learners should be able to: (1) identify how bone health management relates to age-friendly healthcare delivery; (2) discuss the importance of an interprofessional approach to bone health and osteoporosis prevention; (3) identify action steps towards primary and secondary preventive intervention towards protecting bone health; and (4) identify ways to proper screening, counseling, and intervention for bone health throughout the lifespan can integrate into the health care practice.This module includes a pre-test, reading content, post-test, and activity evaluation. Registration is required by the creators in order to access the material. The learning module expires on May 05, 2023.
