National Center Town Hall

To mark its second anniversary, the National Center is once again opening its doors to anyone interested in interprofessional education and collaborative practice. If you would like to learn more about the National Center, or want to help shape the IPECP community, this is the event for you.

Morning sessions will emphasize learning – from an overview of National Center resources to hearing from attendees about their experiences with IPECP – while the afternoon offers a chance to dig deeper, with breakout sessions on implementing IPE curriculum and steps to becoming a Nexus Innovations Incubator Network member.

Among the topics discussed:

  • The national environment and how the National Center is responding (morning)
  • Tools of the National Center and how you can get engaged (morning)
  • Exploring the Nexus concept (morning)
  • Elements and approach of the University of Minnesota’s IPECP curriculum, 1Health (breakout session)
  • A “how to” on becoming a member of the Nexus Innovations Incubator Network (breakout session)

Space is limited. Please contact us at nexusipe@umn.edu with questions. We look forward to meeting you!
