How Do I Get Started with Interprofessional Education?
A Guided Tour of Key Principles, Practical Pearls, and Existing Resources
This item is locked
Section 5 has two modules describing how to design interprofessional curriculum, starting from the theoretical underpinnings to using practical approaches when designing IPE curriculum. This section provides some general considerations from the literature for developing IP curricula beginning with a discussion of the need for theory in IPE and concluding with three concrete “tools” to consider. The authors describe the 5Ws (Who, What, Where, When, and Why) for practical considerations to interprofessional education (IPE) instructional design.
