Section 10 has two parts. The first defines culture and change from a faculty and systems’ perspective, and then describes 8 key principles of Kotter’s leading change model appropriate to collaborative practice and interprofessional education. The second describes challenges to sustaining IPE and identifies strategies to facilitate sustainable IPE (e.g. leveraging existing opportunities, integrating IPE into existing courses, building competence among the faculty, etc.)
