Introductory Toolkit

Since 2016, the National Center has worked with a cohort of sixteen Schools of Nursing and university interprofessional teams to create NexusIPE™ partnerships in clinical practice and community-based settings.  By using and evaluating a suite of tools, we are learning how to accelerate solutions-oriented IPE that is demonstrating impact and results. This introductory toolkit includes six of those tools developed to help teams in the first stages of launching NexusIPE™ partnerships for solutions-oriented IPE.
