Over my academic career, I have committed much of my time to leading practice change and the development of future pharmacy leaders.  I have worked collaboratively with many organizations to integrated pharmacists and medication management services into primary care settings, most frequently in rural and urban underserved areas.  I also serve as the Executive Director of the Alliance for Integrated Medication Management (www.medsmatter.org), a non-profit organization leading a national medication management collaborative through a public-private partnership with federal agencies.
