Since September 2013 I had the role of BSc Nursing Course lead for over 450 students per anum leading and coaching 3 deputies in the development, coordination and delivery of the course in Derby and Nottingham (UK) for the Division of Nursing, School of Health Sciences, Univeristy of Nottingham, UK. I was interim Director of Interprofessional Learning for the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Nottingham(UK) FROM 2008 until my early retirement on 30th September 2015

In June 2014  I was appointed as Vice Chair for the Centre for the Advancement of Interprofessional Education (CAIPE). I am now actively promoting the Values and Aims of CAIPE with Regulatory, and Professional Bodies, Higher Education Institutions; Public, National and International organisations; NHS Bodies, such as HEE, PHE, NHSE, NHSS;and WHO to promote quality collaborative practice.
