Dr. Maneval, Associate Professor of Nursing, serves as the Director for Undergraduate Nursing Education a Michigan State University.  Dr. Maneval holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Penn State University, a Master’s degree in Nursing Education from Villanova University, and a Doctorate of Education from Penn State University.  Her areas of expertise include curriculum development, program evaluation, and leadership for evidence-based practice.  Her recent research interests focus on TeamSTEPPS infusion in undergraduate curricula, interprofessional education teaching, learning strategies, and thrombosis formation in adults with peripherally inserted central access devices.  She has published and presented her work both nationally and internationally.  She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society, Alpha Psi Chapter Michigan State University, Midwestern Nursing Research Society, National League for Nursing, and the American Nurses Association.
