I am currently the research manager at Brooks Rehabilitation Clinical Research Center (Brooks CRC) in Jacksonville, FL and working towards a doctorate in eduacational leadership at the University of North Florida (2017 expected). My area of research interest is post-professional education, specifically interprofessional education during residency training. I maintained a clinical practice as a physical therapist for over 10 years, specializing in orthopaedics with a focus on spine and chronic pain. I have been involved in physical therapy education since 2010, serving for 5 years as the Brooks/University of North Florida orthopaedic residency coordinator and as faculty for the Brooks Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) residency and fellowship programs. I also hold a faculty position in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the Universit of North Florida and serve in a variety of roles for several state and national professional associations.
