With over fifteen (15) years of leadership experience in public health and clinical operations, I offer expertise in program administration, development of public health programs, management of personnel, and community collaboration.

• Clinical Experience: Over fifteen (15) years of dental hygiene clinical experience in general, periodontal, pediatric, and public health practice
• Management of Personnel:  Managing a team of twenty (20) and three (3) hospital grant funded oral health programs, over two hundred (204) students, four (4) employees, four (4) courses, staff hiring, development, and performance evaluation
• Program Administration:  Over ten (10) years of experience in program design, development, implementation, evaluation and improvement, collaboration with over sixty (60) community partners, grant writing, accreditation compliance, profession regulation, risk mitigation, budget management, and program strategic planning
