As Director of Informatics and Online education, I have been involved in the ongoing academic initiative focused on integrative healthcare, education and research at the Center since 2000.  I have created 6 grant-funded online projects foucsed on integrative approaches to health conditions, one funded by the NIH, including heart disease, diabetes, chronic pain, IBS, depression and preparing for surgery.  The focus of my work has increasingly been directed at issues of health disparities, particularly as it relates to integrative approaches to health and wellness.
