Dr. Lauren Meade is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Tufts University Medical School, a graduate of University of California at San Francisco Medical School.  She is currently the Director of Faculty Development and Engagement at Baystate Medical Center and a Macy Faculty Scholar.  She focuses on health education research for the transition of care.  She is engaged in transforming education through educational collaboratives and is the chair of the Educational Research Outcomes Collaborative and the Alliance for Academic Internal Medicine Collaborative Learning Community.  Dr. Meade had a continuous healing relationship with her primary care and HIV patients for 17 years.
