Jennifer Clarke has a Master of Social Work and is a member in good standing with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers. She has been providing evidence-based services to children, adolescents, adults, and groups for over twenty years. Jennifer believes wellness is a shared human experience and fostering connection is a key component of healing. Jennifer draws from integrated theories including cognitive-behavioural, strength-based, social learning, solution-focused, and transtheoretical model of change to support clients to develop personalized, practical, therapeutic strategies. Her practice focusses on behaviour change, emotion regulation, stress management, academic concerns, workplace concerns, conflict resolution, forensic services for justice-involved clients, and domestic violence.
Her practice has focused on the promotion of strategic community partnership, service delivery integration, and collaborative practice. Through her roles within government, education, and community settings she has supported stakeholders to engage in evidence-based practice approaches to provide innovative and comprehensive service delivery, particularly for marginalized populations. Jennifer’s thesis research explored the experiences of Indigenous professionals within collaborative interprofessional teams.
