As the Manager of Disease Management and Healthy Pregnancy program development and operations for HealthPartners, I serve a team of telephonic RN Care Coordinators and their supervisors who partner with patients living with asthma, cancer. COPD, heart disease, diabetes, chronic pain, high risk pregnancies or one of fourteen rare and chronic conditions. I am also a DNP student at the Univerty of Minnesota School of Nursing in Health Innovation and Leadership and serve on the 2016 MN Hazardous Drug legislative task force, Minnesota's State Health Improvement Project, (SHIP), the editorial board of the Creative Nursing Journal, and as an alternate delegate for the Minnesota Organization of Registered Nurses (MNORN). I am a member of Sigma Theta Tau (Zeta Chapter) and the Minnesota Organization of Leaders in Nursing (MOLN).
