I currently serve at Roseman University, South Jordan, UT as lead for the IPE Strategic Initiative of the Roseman University strategic plan. I previously served as interim Assistant Vice Chancellor for Interprofessional Collaboration at East Carolina University, Greenville, NC.

In addition to my dental degree, I studied doctoral-level organizational development and change. The focus of my work is in fostering connections, building infrastructure and helping organizations and individuals to achieve what they envision. I am passionate about strategic planning for IPE!
