I have been a health care provider since 1979, first as BSN (RN): then with MSN (PNP): then as Pediatrician: now as facutty teaching IPE to a myriad of health professions students.  I was one of a faculty team that developed content in a semester long course that focuses on dialogue and team-building.  We are in our 6th semester.  I also converted the traditional weekly met course to hybrid format. Over the past summer, I and a faculty partmer deveoped the Team-Building Activity for incoming executive MBA students for the joint venture between Spectrum Health Systme and Grand Valley State University.
