I am a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's in Nursing and Science from Illinois State University. I am currently attending the University of Minnesota for a Doctorate in Nursing in the Health Innovation and Leadership program. It is a exciting opportunity to be able to expand my knowledge under my advisor, Teddie Potter, who is on the front lines of organizational transformation and interprofessional practice within healthcare.
