The bridge between clinical practice and staff education is essential. My passion is staff development. I seek opportunities to create the light bulb moments. The stress and pressure of clinical practice is all consuming. Nurses require the support and leadership of educated nurses for support and continued growth.
Interprofessional collaboration is lacking and requires multifacited creativity. There is a strong need for bridging the gaps between healthcare professions for a successful future and endurance.
