Deanna Mills, MPH is the Executive Director of the Community-University Health Care Center (CUHCC) at the University of Minnesota.  Prior to assuming this position, Deanna served as the Administrative Director of CUHCC.  She worked as a senior consultant for eight years with Halleland Health Consulting in Minneapolis where she worked with a variety of community health organizations and public policy groups.  She also served as the Executive Director of Fremont Community Health Services for five years.  During that time, she was instrumental in re-organizing Community Health Centers in the Twin Cities into Neighborhood Health Care Network, a vehicle for joint managed care contracting, centralized administrative services and joint efforts in resource development and governmental relations.  In 2003, she was awarded the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s 25 Women Change Makers. She holds a Masters in Public Health and from the University of Minnesota.
