Experienced healthcare executive - community, outpatient, and inpatient healthcare experience, including overseas in Singapore.  HMO experience with Kaiser and payer experience with BCBSNC.  Currently board-certified as an Informatics Nurse.  Skillset in ambulatory care health center compliance, quality and risk management, development and improvement of the Quality improvement programs and Risk management programs.

Electronic health record/EMR and IT experience with functional and technical specifications, business requirements experience.
