Dr. Springer is currently involved in interprofessional education for graduate students in social work, nursing and occupational therapy at Salem State University. In addition, her current scholarship includes the development and implementation of interprofessional healthcare education as an aspect of workforce development for current healthcare professionals in community healthcare and older adult service settings. She teaches graduate courses in child and family development as well as agency management and leadership practice.
