Fourteen years of national responsibility for nursing practice, research, education and emergency management across 1300 + sites of care across the continuum: hospitals/healthcare systems, extended care facilities, home care, telehealth, community based outpatient clinics, rehabilitation etc.  Responsible for strategic planning and national policy for 80,000+ nursing personnel.

Two years (2014 & 2015) as Senior Advisor for Leadership for the Jonas Center for Nursing and Veterans Healthcare.  Jonas Center is a philanthropic organization supporting nurses pursuing doctoral degrees.

Healthcare Consultant (2014-present) for healthsystem advisory boards, HRSA grantee for Veterans to BSN program, and RWJF initiative for Academic Progression in Nursing (APIN)
