Kari L. Franson, PharmD, PhD is Associate Dean for Professional Education at University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.  She received her PharmD from University of California, San Francisco and obtained her PhD with the thesis: ‘Provision and assessment of pharmacology and pharmacotherapy education across an integrated medical school curriculum’ from Leiden University, the Netherlands.  She currently oversees the entry-level & post-BS (North American-Trained and International-Trained) PharmD curricula and assesses the teaching and learning in these programs.  She is also responsible for School of Pharmacy’s participation in the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus Interprofessional Education program.
