Introducing the 4Ms: A Case Study for Direct Caregivers provides direct caregivers (home health aides, certified nursing assistants) with an introduction to the 4Ms framework. Direct caregivers will learn how the 4Ms are used to understand what is most important to older adults and to safely manage medication, assess changes in thinking or mood and support mobility. Learners will need to register in to access the content.
