This educational module designed by Collaborative Action Team Training for Community Health-Older Adult Network (CATCH-ON) is part of their 4Ms of Age-Friendly Health Care Program. By the end of this module, learners will understand: (1) what dementia is; (2) how dementia is different than just "getting older"; (3) how the brain works; (4) the kinds of memory problems people with dementia have; and (5) how to talk with someone who has dementia.
