This educational module designed by Collaborative Action Team Training for Community Health-Older Adult Network (CATCH-ON) is part of the 4Ms of Age-Friendly Health Care program. By the end of this module, learners will know: (1) the importance of choosing the appropriate family caregiver; (2) how health care providers and older adults and their caregivers can best communicate with each other; (3) the challenges and positive aspects of caregiving; and (4) how to support family caregivers.
